Mackenzie Graham Studio is an independent art business based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. All artwork is created by Mackenzie Graham and offered as original works, fine art prints, or licensed artwork.

Products & Availability

All artwork is subject to availability. Prints are made to order and produced specifically for each purchase. Original artworks are one-of-a-kind and may be removed from the site once sold.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in the currency shown on the website at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed or fulfilled until payment has been successfully received.

Shipping & Fulfillment

All prints are made to order and fulfilled by a professional fine art printing partner. Production typically takes 3–7 business days before shipping.

Shipping times vary depending on location. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

Because artwork is made to order, returns and refunds are not accepted. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for original artwork only and must be arranged in advance. Prints are fulfilled by a third-party printer and are not eligible for local pickup.

Commissions

Commissioned work is accepted on a limited basis and is created in the artist’s established style. Details, timelines, and pricing will be discussed prior to acceptance of a commission.

All commission sales are final unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Copyright & Usage

All artwork on this site is the intellectual property of Mackenzie Graham and is protected by copyright laws.

Purchasing a piece of artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, altered, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Licensed use of artwork must be approved in advance through a licensing agreement.

Limitation of Liability
