Order Processing

All artwork is made to order and produced specifically for each purchase. Because of this, please allow 3–7 business days for printing and processing before your order ships.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada & United States: 5–10 business days after production

  • International Orders: Varies by destination

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or seasonal volume.

Fulfillment & Printing

All prints are produced and shipped through a professional fine art printing partner to ensure consistent quality and secure delivery. Each piece is printed specifically for your order.

International Shipping & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price.

Local Pickup (Original Artwork Only)

Local pickup is available for original artwork only.

If you are located in or near Edmonton, Alberta, you may select local pickup at checkout when purchasing an original piece. Once your order is ready, you will be contacted to arrange a pickup time and location.

Please note:

  • Local pickup is not available for prints

  • Prints are shipped directly from the print provider and cannot be picked up locally

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damage or issue

I’ll review the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
