Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing

All artwork is made to order.

Please allow 3–7 business days for printing and processing before your order ships.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

All prices are listed in CAD.

Flat-rate shipping:

  • Canada: $12

  • United States: $12

  • UK & Europe: $12

  • Rest of World: $28

Shipping rates are per order and do not increase based on print size or quantity.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after production:

  • Canada & United States: 5–10 business days

  • UK & Europe: 5–10 business days

  • International: Varies by destination

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or seasonal volume.

Printing & Fulfillment

All prints are produced and shipped by a professional fine art printing partner.

Orders are fulfilled as close to the delivery location as possible:

  • US orders are typically printed and shipped within the United States

  • UK and European orders are printed and shipped within Europe

This helps reduce shipping time, costs, and environmental impact.

Artwork Variations

All artwork is created from original, hand-drawn work.
Because of this, slight variations in texture, line, or tone are a natural part of the artwork and are not considered defects.

Every print is produced with care to reflect the original piece as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur due to the printing process and are part of the character of the work.

International Orders & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes upon delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping fees do not include customs or import charges.

While most US, UK, and EU orders are fulfilled locally and typically do not incur duties, customs policies may vary and are outside of my control.

Local Pickup (Original Artwork Only)

Local pickup is available for original artwork only.

If you are located in or near Edmonton, Alberta, you may select local pickup at checkout. You will be contacted to arrange a pickup time once your order is ready.

Please note:

  • Local pickup is not available for prints

  • Prints are shipped directly from the print provider

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

I’ll review the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
